Maya Noël Takes the Helm at Bloomflow as It Bets on AI Governance

After five years leading France Digitale, Maya Noël is returning to entrepreneurship to lead Bloomflow as it launches Trustflow, a new venture that helps large companies govern AI adoption. As employees build their own AI tools and agents, enterprises need greater visibility and control.

After five years leading France Digitale, Maya Noël is firmly back in the entrepreneurial arena, joining the co-founders of Bloomflow following the company's launch this year of Trustflow, its new venture focused on AI governance for large companies.

Founded 10 years ago and bootstrapped, Bloomflow has gradually expanded into a larger holding company that now operates multiple products, with Trustflow as the latest. Noël is taking the reins of the larger Bloomflow organization as CEO, and is also serving as CEO and Co-founder of Trustflow.

She initially discussed Trustflow with the Bloomflow founders in an advisory capacity, drawing on her experience with regulation and compliance at France Digitale. The prospect of leading the project soon became more appealing.

“When they asked me if I’d be interested in heading up the project, I found the idea of becoming an entrepreneur again very appealing, especially now, when AI is changing everything so quickly. There’s so much to learn and be part of,” she said.

From startups to AI

Founded in 2016, Bloomflow grew out of its founders’ experience at Accor. After selling their travel technology company, Wipolo, to the hotel group, Thomas Girard and Raphaël Guillet worked on innovation and new business development and saw firsthand how difficult it was to implement new ideas and tools across a global organization.
