**What:** [Zoī](www.zoi.com) is developing a mobile app that blends medical checkups and preventative care. The goal is to deliver personalized insights based on health data with periodic reminders based on predictive algorithms to do certain things to improve a user's health. The service will include Zoī health centers that patients will visit for checkups and lab work to establish baseline health information.

**Why:** The company believes a hybrid approach to preventative medicine, using both in-person visits and data to encourage better self-care, will improve outcomes.
