🇫🇷 French Tech Funding Wire April 13: FinTech Lives; Aura Aero €50M Leads 9 Deals For €86.5M

Between April 6 and April 10, French Tech startups raising money also included NeuroClues, Hepta Medical, Cobl.ai, Luniwave, Plume, Playruo, Hairdex, and Easley.

🧮 Data Point: FinTech Resurrection?

Europe’s fintech scene is back. Funding was up, exits were back-ish, and valuations have basically decided 2024 never happened, rebounding to ~15x revenue like it’s 2021 again, according to Avolta's latest European Fintech Financing & Exit report. The UK remains the gravitational center, while France is… present, but notably not leading the pack. More of a steady contributor than a headline act in both deal volume and investor activity. Meanwhile, Europe’s fintech ecosystem is quietly becoming transatlantic property, with North American investors and acquirers driving a huge share of both funding (44.5%) and exits (over 50% of value).
